On the way to Tirupati from Bangalore we had lunch here... vegetarian thali. One phulka, rice, sambar, rasam, curd, sweet etc quick service Decent food. Approach road in very bad condition. The rest rooms are well maintained

We stayed with family in this hotel during May19.It is located on the Bangluru by pass Road.From here The Kanipakkam Ganesh temple is about 12 km.It far away from the congested city.Lot of play facilities are available for children.Rooms are well furnished.Good Car parking area. Restaurant is attached food quality is satisfactory and rates are reasonable.Free breakfast available.

Nice rooms, always book in advance and go for Air Conditioned rooms if available. There is a Restaurant onsite. Food is 8/10.. slow service. Dont rush your order else you get under cooked stuff. Worth waiting. Near by place to visit will be Kanipakam its under 15mins drive.

Bad rooms. Terrible beds. No cushion and low height. Tap does not work. Bathrooms are poor. Service is good. Good breakfast. This is not resort quality room. All equipment in the room is old and out of date.

Let me give the clear review of this property. 1. The Rooms are pathetic, you find Patches in the ceiling with lizard roaming, 2. Washroom was stinking & Flush broken. 3. You keep on calling reception they will say 2 mins sir, room service will be available & will not attend you even after 30 mins. 4. Regulator of the FAN was free, so you have to adjust. We booked approx 10 rooms for Marriage functions on 29-Nov-2017, This property really shamed us, I can't understand how it can be 3 star property.
